In the aftermath of Will to Power, the political scene in Arcadia is in turmoil. A group of high-powered Aracadians are looking to settle the scene to their own advantage with the help of Lord Alamout and his band of cybernetically controlled assassins. Their mission: to exterminate the most influential radio personality in Arcadia.
